Position: International Voice Process Executive
Location: Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international calls with professionalism and clarity.
Utilize Spancore technology to manage calls, access client information, and resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or other international languages.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Good working knowledge of computers and telephone systems.
Patience with customers and ability to handle tough situations.
