Position: BPO Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Use Spancore technology to manage calls, access client data, and resolve issues.
Provide accurate information and support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and maintain service quality.

Place or cancel orders, and answer questions about warranties or terms of sale

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
