Must-Have Requirements:

• Own a laptop and mobile phone
• Good internet connectivity

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various social media channels such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Conduct company and candidate mapping/headhunting and generate references.
• Engage with prospective candidates, screening them according to the job description and assessment parameters, and create interview panels.
• Coordinate interview line-ups, follow up with candidates, and negotiate salary, designation, and joining dates.
• Prepare daily candidate MIS and maintain records of interviews and the candidate database in Google Sheets.
