Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in various functions. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR practices, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy development.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in HR or related fields is a plus, but not required.
