Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in various functions. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR practices, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. 
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events. 
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy development.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in HR or related fields is a plus, but not required.
