Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the hiring initiatives on the various platforms.
Source profile from various portals.
Screen and shortlist relevant candidate.
Tasks include replying to applicants' emails, screening replies, and scheduling interviews with senior HR staff.
Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Communicating intern's information and benefits during the screening process.
Assist with recruitment processes including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding activities for new hires including preparing orientation materials
Assist in updating HR databases and employee records
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
Provide administrative support such as filing documents and managing HR correspondence
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes
Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
