Job Description

Job Responsibilities

·        Market Research and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate international markets.

·        Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and attending industry events. Convert leads into sales by demonstrating the value of iTech India's services.

·        Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

·        Sales Presentations and Proposals: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our digital transformation services.

·        Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully. Ensure that all agreements are profitable and aligned with the company's goals.

·        Sales Targets and Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into sales performance and market trends.

·        Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

·        Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

 

Requirements and Skills:

·         A bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or an MBA with Sales and Marketing Specialization 

·         Strong understanding of global markets and cultural nuances.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·         Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

·         Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

·         Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·         Willingness to travel internationally as required.
