Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Management : Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging your team and personal selling skills. Ensure timely closure of leads provided by the company.
* Team Handling: Lead and guide CSC team of District managers, representatives & VLE’s to achieve their targets and contribute to overall team success. Mentor new team members and align them with company values and deliverables.
* Coordination: Act as a liaison between CSCs and the company, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Facilitate lead generation, policy issuance, and overall customer onboarding process.
* Customer Requirement Analysis: Conduct thorough customer requirement gathering and analysis to tailor suitable product pitches. Understand the needs of potential customers and present them with appropriate insurance solutions.
* Objection Handling: Address customer objections and grievances promptly and effectively. Provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Tie-Up Management: Manage relationships with tie-up banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). Utilize these partnerships to expand the customer base and drive sales
Job Specification:
* Graduate with > 4 yrs. Insurance / Sales / BFSI experience; Open for travel across all districts periodically
*Sales Experience: Proven track record in life insurance / Banca sales and achieving sales targets. Experience in handling tie-up banks/NBFCS’ is highly desirable.
* Team Management: Previous experience in leading and managing a team is essential. Ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals.
*Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships with CSCs and customers. The ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders is vital.
*Sales-Driven: Highly motivated, target & growth oriented with passion for Sales and a zeal to succeed in any environment. Ability to convince the Clients.
*Energy and Enthusiasm: A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are essential for the demanding nature of this role.
