Job Description

Hiring Regional Sales officer experienced in FMCG/Pharma/Lighting/ Health care industry Minimum 1 year to 3 years experience, all over Chennai, Thiruvarur, Nagapatinam. B2B sales, Targeting shops, Departmental stores etc.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer issues or complaints
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the region
