• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products/services.
• Provide accurate information about products/services in Tamil.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving customer engagement.
• Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to the needs of individual customers.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Tamil (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
