Job Description

Job Title: Tamil and Hindi Telecaller Wanted
Job Location: New Perungalathur, Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time

Your role will involve:

Making Outbound Calls: Contacting potential customers to inform them about our products/services and generate leads.

Handling Inbound Calls: Assisting existing customers with their inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately recording call details and maintaining up-to-date customer information in our database.

Meeting Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as set by the management.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in (Tamil and English) / (Hindi and English). Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both languages.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
