Position Overview: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Hindi to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers primarily in Hindi through phone, email, chat, or in-person, providing a positive and professional experience.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate information and recommendations.
• Documentation: Maintain precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Feedback Collection: Collect and document customer feedback to help improve our services and processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues and other departments to meet customer needs and support company objectives.
• Training Participation: Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and handling inquiries with empathy and patience.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
