Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location : Chennai

Years of Experience : 1 - 2 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the company's services.
Respond to incoming inquiries and provide relevant information as required.
Generate leads and convert them into potential clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of conversations and follow-up activities.
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide relevant solutions.
Schedule follow-up calls to nurture leads.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve the customer experience and increase sales.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in [Languages required – English, Tamil, Hindi, Telegu.}
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Time-management skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
