Position: Sourcing Executive

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Negotiation: Expert in bulk buying, pricing, and delivery negotiations.
Product Quality: Conduct thorough quality checks and evaluations.
Repackaging & Supply Chain: Manage repackaging for store sales and oversee supply chain for multiple stores in spices, FMCG, and dry fruits.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in vendor negotiation and bulk purchasing.
Strong understanding of product quality evaluation.
Hands-on experience in repackaging and supply chain management.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, experience in taking initiative and making appropriate decisions.

Planning and organizing skills.

Written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships within and outside the company.

Computer aptitude with the ability to use spreadsheet and word-processing software.

Incumbent will use calculators, keyboards, telephones, and other office equipment in the course of the workday.
