Job Title: Real Estate Sales Representative

Roles and Responsibilities:
* End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
* Calling cold leads and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
* Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
* Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
Skills Required:
* Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
* Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
* Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
* Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
* A graduate from any discipline is preferred
* 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
