About Role: The role involves showcasing and advising clients to invest in various residential projects of Tier 1 developers. This involves clients management i.e. he/she need to get in touch with the clients which company provides and suggest the properties which suits their requirement.
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a sales orientation. We have an in-house training program for people who do not have a real estate background.
1. Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which matching the investment need of the prospects
2. Using leads generated by the Marketing Team for the above as well as generating self-leads to convert them into customers.
3. Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer for any clarification required for the same
4. To be compliant with processes set for the sales function
5. Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with Pin Click at all touch-points
6. Providing after sales services to the customers

Saturday Sunday working, week off will be on Monday or Tuesday
