*Position & Salary:*  - *Sales Executive:* ₹25,000/month with a target of ₹2,00,000.
*Incentives:*  - 20% bonus for sales above ₹5,00,000.  - 10% bonus for sales below ₹2,00,000.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Client Management:* Build and maintain relationships, upsell/cross-sell products, and provide excellent customer service.

- *New Business Development:* Identify potential clients, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with marketing for promotions.

- *Sales Strategy & Execution:* Analyze market trends, optimize sales tactics, and monitor performance metrics.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven sales experience, ideally in e-commerce or dropshipping.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of excel.
