Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Strategy
Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or
exceed sales targets.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive
landscape to refine sales approaches.
· Client Acquisition and
Relationship Management:
- Identify and engage with potential clients through networking,
cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and
potential clients.
- Understand client business challenges and propose appropriate
infrastructure solutions.
· Solution Selling:
- Present and demonstrate the value of the company's
infrastructure solutions to clients.
- Customize sales proposals and presentations based on client
needs and objectives.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve sales quotas.
· Collaboration and
Coordination:
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure a deep
understanding of the products and services offered.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure
successful implementation and client satisfaction.
· Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer
interactions, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for
improvement.
Qualifications:
· Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related
field.
· Experience:
- 1-2 years of Sales experience in Technology industry (Freshers
can apply)
· Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical
solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools.
· Attributes:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
