BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE(BDE)
Roles and responsibilities
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
Explain to the customers about the products, their features, and benefits
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, and developing and negotiating contracts.
Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers
Define and follow up on yearly targets and objectives
Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
Go with clients to check out properties so they can see them in person and help them understand everything about it.
QUALIFICATION:
Any Graduate
The candidate from a non-management background can also apply
Minimum experience required (0 - 6m)
Should have excellent verbal and written skills
Strong customer service skills.
