Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and attract potential clients
Open demat accounts and help onboard clients to the stock market platform
Promote the benefits of equity and mutual fund investments
Work closely with clients to explain platform features and available services
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
Conduct client meetings as necessary to explain product offerings and drive business
Comply with all SEBI regulations and broking company guidelines, ensuring no personalized investment advice is offered

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the financial services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
Knowledge of financial markets, equity, and mutual funds
Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and client needs, without providing personalized investment advice
Familiarity with SEBI regulations regarding investment advice is a plus
