Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: [Gurgaon]

Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to our sales team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client base
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Provide solutions and excellent customer service
Sales Conversion and Growth
- Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed targets
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable growth
Product Knowledge and Market Awareness
- Stay updated on products/services and industry trends
- Communicate product value and differentiators
Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates
- Analyze sales data to optimize strategies
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Share sales insights and best practices

Performance Metrics:
1. Sales revenue growth
2. Sales target achievement
3. Customer acquisition and retention
4. Sales conversion rates5. Customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of sales experience
2. Proven sales track record and achievement of targets
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
4. Strong industry knowledge and market awareness
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
