Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Bring a GSD (get-stuff-done) attitude to work
2. Assist the founders and core team in prioritizing tasks, making calls, scheduling meetings, and managing the daily calendar
3. Manage all HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and offboarding
Requirements:
1. A strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Must be proactive with a desire to stretch beyond the task list to support the team
4. Reliable, driven and results-oriented
5. Show integrity, discretion, and ethical behavior in all work situations
