Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Diversity & Inclusion
Assist with DEI initiatives and programs
Develop and implement DEI communication and outreach
Campus Outreach
Support DEI data collection
Assist with DEI event planning and execution
2) Talent Management:
1. Generate creative ideas for engaging employee events and learning & development initiatives tailored to diverse client needs
2. Implement and oversee the execution of employee engagement and L&D events, ensuring seamless and impactful delivery
3. Manage the operational aspects of events, including logistics, coordination, and troubleshooting, to guarantee smooth execution
4. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and align event strategies with their organizational goals
3) Recruitment :
- Able to search profiles in Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Times or Headhunting
using Social Media, LinkedIn etc.
- Working closely with the clients on understanding the requirements and delivering results within TAT.
- Managing end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process
- Conduct initial screening of the candidates as per the job description to check for their experience, communication skills, expected salary, intent, background
- Diversity Hiring experience will be an added advantage.
