Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
2. Community Engagement: Support initiatives to foster a positive work environment, including organizing team-building activities and community engagement events
3. Learning & Development: Help coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and align with Earth5R's sustainability goals
4. HR Administration: Maintain accurate team records
5. Performance Management: Support the performance review process, gathering feedback, and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
