Responsibilities:
1. Employee Wellness:
Contribute to the planning and execution of wellness activities.
Assist in organizing physical and virtual engagement programs.
Plan and execute company-wide and departmental engagement sessions every week.
Plan out celebrations of special occasions to enhance team collaboration.
2. Learning & Development:
Assist in conducting skill gap analysis.
Support coordination of training sessions and workshops.
Regular checks with employees on progress
Create a report on the progress of employees
Collect & collate feedback continuously
3. Feedback and Communication:
Establish channels for employee feedback.
Assist in communicating relevant information to employees.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in employee engagement & L&D will be prioritized
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Eagerness to take up multiple tasks, learn, and contribute to the HR department.
Interest in employee engagement, learning & development, and wellness.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
