Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in maintaining accurate attendance records for employees, including tracking leave requests, absences, and timesheets.
2. Support the induction process for new hires, including preparing materials, scheduling orientations, and assisting with onboarding activities.
3. Collaborate with HR team members to coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
4. Assist in conducting talent assessments and performance evaluations.
5. Provide administrative support for various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS maintenance.
6. Assist in drafting HR documents including employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism and discretion.
9. Stay updated on relevant HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
