Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for all parties involved.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using MS-Excel, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
4. Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring maximum reach and visibility.
5. Conduct initial interviews via phone or video calls, assessing candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
