Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
2. Help in organizing and coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
3. Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information, using MS Excel
4. Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs
5. Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops for employees on various HR policies and procedures
6. Aid in the preparation of HR-related documents, such as offer letters, performance evaluation forms, and disciplinary notices, using MS Word
7. Take part in HR projects and contribute to process improvements, helping to streamline HR operations and enhance employee satisfaction
