About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and screen of resumes
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews
3. Draft JDs, offer letters, and appointment letters
4. Help facilitate the new joiners' onboarding process
5. Help with attendance and leave management
6. Be the star player to organize employee engagement activities
7. Research on emp engagement, team member satisfaction survey, productivity tools, and its pro and cons-how can we be different
Requirements:
1. Analytical ability and interest in recent market trends
2. Analytical ability and interest in recent HR trends
3. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to engage managers and executives
4. Solid understanding of different HR hiring techniques
5. Solid organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and an aptitude for handling multiple projects simultaneously
6. Current enrollment in a related BS or master's degree
7. Past experience in HR will be a big plus
Note: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR intern to join our talent/HR department. As an HR intern, you will collaborate with our recruitment vendors and coordinate with them in all stages of the hiring process. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our recruitment channels and team member engagement activities.
