About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
2. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
3. Contribute to employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing paperwork and organizing orientation sessions
4. Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
5. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of data in our HRIS system
6. Assist with employee relations by providing support in conflict resolution and conducting employee satisfaction surveys
7. Utilize MS-Excel proficiency to analyze HR data, create reports, and identify trends to support decision-making processes
