Creating job descriptions: Design and update job descriptions
Sourcing candidates: Find potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and other platforms
Screening resumes: Review resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates
Interviewing: Interview candidates in person, by phone, or via video
Making job offers: Send job offer emails and answer questions about compensation and benefits
Tracking metrics: Monitor key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire
Onboarding: Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Developing recruitment strategies: Create and track goals to identify success in the hiring process
Networking: Network at events, fairs, and industry contacts
Building employer brand: Find and hire the right candidate to build a strong employer brand
