Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
2. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR branding strategies to attract top talent
3. Utilize your MS Excel proficiency to analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making processes
4. Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies and procedures
5. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment
6. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
7. Develop and maintain HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations
