Job Description

Team Leader : This is a work from home job which involves Recruitment, Team handling, Daily work schedules for training.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations within the team

Motivate and mentor team members

Develop and implement team goals and objectives

Monitor team performance and provide feedback

Coordinate and allocate tasks among team members

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Facilitate team meetings and provide regular updates to management

Identify and address any training and development needs within the team

Resolve conflicts and handle disciplinary matters when necessary

Continuously seek to improve team processes and productivity

Skills:

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
