1. Minimum 6 months-2 years’ experience working in a busy administrative office environment
2. Experience in face-to-face, telephone and email contact, the ability to deal with a range of enquiries.
3. Basic computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office – ‘Word’ and ‘Excel’ essential.
4. Work collaboratively with the school admin and other supportive staff
5. Arranging the Auditorium (Music systems, lights, Mic, speaker, etc.) according to their needs
6. Maintain all student and teacher attendance records
7. Monitor the allocation of rooms for musical class and auditorium for the students who have been enrolled and undergoing classes with their respective teachers.
8. Responsible for maintenance of the premise and the Musical instruments and school Inventory
9. Attending special events at auditorium to give support to team in case of necessity.

16. Checking and maintaining instruments and School Premises on a Daily Basis and send the necessary reports to the management.
17. Ability to work as part of a team under pressure and to deadlines.
