Job Description:

Role: Assistant Manager (builders and developers)

Responsibilities:
• Close sales leads and prospects according to the residential selling process.
• Maintain full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage using CRM software (training provided if needed).
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills with a convincing approach.
• Contribute to the team's success by achieving related results as required.
• Effectively manage follow-ups.
• Quickly absorb product knowledge and present it well.
• Work on weekends and holidays, with a weekly day off during weekdays.
• Exhibit strong verbal communication skills.
• Possess good listening and presentation abilities.
• Manage time effectively, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
