Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Identification & Research:
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads in target markets.
• Utilize various tools, databases, and platforms (LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories) to find new leads.
2. Data Collection & Management:
• Gather and maintain accurate and updated information on leads, including contact details, job titles, company information, and industry.
• Regularly update the CRM system with new leads and ensure data accuracy.
3. Outreach & Engagement:
• Contact leads via email, phone calls, and social media to initiate relationships and generate interest.
• Develop customized outreach strategies to engage leads effectively.
4. Lead Qualification:
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria, including budget, need, authority, and timeline (BANT methodology).
• Filter out unqualified leads and forward qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
5. Campaign Support:
• Support marketing campaigns by providing feedback on lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create lead nurturing campaigns.
6. Reporting & Analysis:
• Track and report key metrics related to lead generation, such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Provide insights and feedback on lead generation strategies and areas for improvement.
7. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in related industry.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong research and data management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Understanding of lead qualification and nurturing processes.
