Roles And Responsibilities:

Assist in daily routine operations e.g. arrange courier services, handle phone calls (screening and forwarding incoming calls) and taking messages and enquiries.
Coordination and booking of meeting rooms.
Compile data, binding presentation.
Excel maintenance, email handling
Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material
Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees and answering phone calls in reception area (if needed)
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
The person must have a neat and clean personality
Also be able to move outside office for any kind of task directed.
Job requires activeness, attentiveness and a responsible attitude.
Handling electronic files and papers.
Maintains the cleanliness of the office premises and kitchen and washroom.
In charge of opening and closing the office door.
Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
Responsible to handover the parcel to the courier
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
With Good moral characteristic
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including dusting, mopping, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
Assist in setting up and preparing meeting rooms for conferences, workshops, or other company events.
Assist with basic computer tasks.
