Job Responsibilities

•  Handling full life cycle of the recruitment Process of the organization
  
• Understanding the prevailing IT - Skill Sets and the job requirement and accordingly sourcing right candidates for the job requirement with the help of available tools.
• Attracting the Candidates by explaining them the job opportunity we have and details of the requirements
• Providing a BEST in class Candidate Experience.
• Inducing interest with in the candidate by presenting the details of the role in such a manner that they are excited to apply for the same. 
• Communicating the details of the positions with the candidates (Sharing the JD on email).
• Emailing the Job Description, Position details to the prospective candidates.
• Doing the necessary follow-up with the candidate collecting his updated profile, collecting the basic information about the candidates CTC, E-CTC, Notice period, his interest etc.
  
• Going through the candidate profile.  Understanding his experience and the areas he / she have worked.
• Working in Various tools, such as MS office, EXCEL - Updating the recruitment tracker
