HR Specialist - Recruitment, Employee Management, and Payroll

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Specialist to join our team. This multifaceted role encompasses recruitment, employee management, and payroll, providing a comprehensive HR service to support our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring policies.

Employee Management:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Conduct employee engagement activities and develop programs to enhance workplace culture.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies.

Payroll:

Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries.
Manage payroll records, including deductions, tax filings, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee management, and payroll.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
