This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin and Operations Manager located in Bengaluru. The Admin and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, managing operations, utilizing analytical skills, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
Regular day-to-day basis responsibilities include:
*Creating online schedules.
*Connecting with Parents for pre and post admission process.
*Enrolling new students on the company's platform.
*Conducting timely demo sessions with new users and feedback sessions with tutors.
*Recording attendance of students on company's portal and sharing final Attendance reports and HW reports with parents.
*Scheduling and rescheduling lesson slots for the enrolled tutors and mapping students with them.
*Connecting with customers, making calls regarding sales .
*Making arrangement for webinars and managing calls with customers.
