We’re Addhuri Events OPC PVT LTD looking for an eager and motivated HR Intern to help with administrative and HR-related activities in our HR department. Updating employee absence records, filing HR paperwork properly, beginning background checks on qualified individuals, and making appropriate recommendations to enhance HR regulations are all tasks of the HR intern. You should be able to write employee communications informing employees of the policy and procedure changes.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Help draft and update HR policies and procedures.
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR projects.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
