Role Description
This is an UNPAID internship role for a Talent Acquisition
Intern at SERT GLOBE in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work. The Talent
Acquisition Intern will be responsible for tasks such as research, Sourcing the
candidates through multiple channels like LinkedIn, Indeed, Outbound reach,
etc.
Objectives of this Role:
- Sourcing
the candidates through multiple recruitment channels like LinkedIn,
Indeed, Outbound reach, etc.
- Shortlist
candidates based on resume and the job requirements.
- Strong
understanding of the role being hired for.
- Crucial
understanding and determination of selection criteria
- Assist
Talent Acquisition Specialists with ad hoc work related to screening,
shortlisting and ATS Management.
- Coordinate
with hiring managers to identify the staffing needs and then to understand
the recruitment process.
- Assess
candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the
ATS.
- Managing
recruitment data/documents.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 0 -
1 year of internship experience.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity
with social media, resume database and professional networks.
- Basic
understanding about recruitment and willing to learn.
- Understanding
of ATS is optional.
- A
keen understanding between various roles and departments within
organizations
- Candidates
must have their own laptop to perform daily tasks and assignments.
- A
stable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection is essential for accessing online
resources and participating in virtual meetings.

acknowledging your contributions and the skills you have acquired during
