Location: Work from Home
Working Hours: 10am to 7pm.
Duration: 45 days
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
4. Assist in organizing and maintaining HR files, both electronic and physical.
5. Help in coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees.
6. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
7. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
8. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
9. Must hire Sales & Marketing interns from different Job sites and social media platforms
10. Maintain an active team of Sales and Marketing interns to achieve the best perks.
11. Must be able to motivate and achieve the given projection.
