We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, a keen interest in human resources, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This internship offers valuable exposure to HR practices and provides opportunities to learn and grow within the field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings and resume screening.

• Support onboarding activities for new hires.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Help organize and coordinate HR events and training sessions.

• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.

• Provide support in handling employee queries and concerns.

• Aid in managing and tracking employee attendance and leave records.

• Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
