Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
4. Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and other HR systems
5. Assist in planning and organizing training programs and workshops, coordinating logistics, and updating training materials
6. Contribute to the business development process by assisting in making cold calls, setting appointments, and social media search
7. Be committed to the completion of tasks assigned, timely reporting, excellent communication skills, and passion for learning
