About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing recruitment processes, coordinating with various stakeholders, and supporting the talent acquisition lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to source and screen candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
• Assist in creating job postings and ensuring visibility across various platforms.
• Organize and facilitate recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring drives.
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation, background verification, and induction programs.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and suggest innovative strategies to attract top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Talent Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
• Proficiency in using ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in India is a plus.
