Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Onboarding and orientation for the new joiners
2. Drafting of offer letters, contracts, pay slips, and other payroll documents
3. Assisting in maintenance and updating of employee details and other necessary documents
4. Working on coordination with the finance function for the payroll and tax procedures
5. Conducting engagement activities for the employees
6. Implementing and monitoring MIS software for effective data management and reporting
