Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate
2. Develop, Implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions
3. Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals, etc
4. Implement new initiatives to increase the pipeline and build employer brand awareness
5. Maintain & utilize data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
6. Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates
7. Being the contact point between the interviewer and the candidate
8. Following up with the interviewer on SkIlls and feedback
9. Assisting the candidate till onboarding the firm
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
2. Freshers or 1+ Years experience in Human Resources
3. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to Improve talent acquisition strategies
4. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
