As a Human Resources - HR intern at HealthFlex, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR while utilizing your knowledge of HRIS, employment engagement, interpersonal skills, and English proficiency. Your expertise in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word will be crucial in supporting our HR team in daily tasks and projects.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions
2. Update and maintain employee records in HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
3. Support employee engagement initiatives through organizing events, surveys, and communication strategies
4. Assist in performance management processes by collecting feedback, tracking goals, and conducting evaluations
5. Coordinate training and development programs by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback
6. Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings and management reviews using MS-Excel and MS-Word
7. Assist in sourcing candidates across technology, non-tech, clinical science roles
