About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate
2. Develop, Implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions
3. Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals, etc.
4. Implement new initiatives to increase the pipeline and build employer brand awareness
5. Maintain & utilize data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
6. Drive the offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates
7. Be the contact point between the interviewer and the candidate
8. Follow up with the interviewer on skills and feedback
9. Assist the candidate till onboarding the firm
