Job Description


  • Recruitment Support:

    • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company websites.
    • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
    • Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and other related documents.
  • Employee Onboarding:

    • Facilitate the new hire orientation process.
    • Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
    • Provide new employees with necessary resources (e.g., access cards, systems logins).
  • HR Record Maintenance:

    • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
    • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
    • Track and manage employee leave, attendance, and absence records.
  • Payroll Assistance:

    • Collect and verify payroll information such as hours worked and overtime.
    • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
    • Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
    • Support HR events and initiatives, such as health and wellness programs.
    • Help with resolving minor employee grievances and escalate when necessary.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
    • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain compliance-related documentation and records.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage HR-related correspondence and communications.
    • Organize and maintain HR-related files and records.
    • Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships related to HR services.
  • Strategic HR Planning:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Forecast staffing needs and develop talent acquisition plans.
    • Lead succession planning efforts to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Talent Management:

    • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure quality hires.
    • Develop and manage employee development programs, including training and mentorship.
    • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance for improvement.
  • Employee Engagement:

    • Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to enhance workplace culture.
    • Organize team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Compliance and Legal:

    • Ensure the organization’s HR policies comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Handle complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
    • Manage risk by ensuring workplace safety and legal compliance.
  • HR Operations Management:

    • Oversee the maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
    • Ensure effective payroll processing and benefits administration.
    • Manage the HR budget, including forecasting and cost management.
  • Change Management:

    • Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and mergers.
    • Provide guidance on change management strategies and communication plans.
    • Support employees through transitions to maintain morale and productivity.
  • Leadership and Team Management:

    • Manage and mentor the HR team, providing coaching and professional development.
    • Lead by example, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations and Communication:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
    • Develop and maintain a communication strategy to ensure transparency and trust.
    • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions that align with company policies.
